In June 2005 I was introduced to the legal profession. I started off doing telephone support for clients on Millennium, OPSIS, Alphalaw, Insight Legal and ALB, but soon moved on to site visits training local legal bookkeepers in legal accounts, support staff in practice management, fee earners in best practice for time recording, credit control and financial reporting.
After 14 years it was time to go it alone to offer a range of services. I have practical experience using major legal software packages that are all law society compliant.
